- Start with damp skin.
- Scoop a small amount using clean, dry hands or a clean spatula.
- Massage gently in circular motions, especially on elbows, knees, and feet.
- Rinse well and pat the skin dry.
- Use one to three times weekly, depending on skin tolerance.
